  • No! SPICE. is designed for both beginners and those with some dance experience. Our main goal is to help you unlock your inner badass and embrace the joy of dance.

  • SPICE. isn't just about dancing; it's an inclusive holistic experience that focuses on mental, physical, and well-being. The community and safe space we offer, combined with our "LFG!" attitude, is what makes SPICE. a unique dance experience. Plus, you’ll leave feeling more confident after every class!

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Sneakers or dance shoes are recommended. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and ready to dance!

  • Most classes are around 60-90 minutes. You’ll leave knowing choreography to the song that is featured that class!
